1. Order Processing Time
At Stickkastic, every product is made with love and care, especially for you.
- Standard Processing Time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Personalized Items (like name stickers, storybooks, or art products): 5–7 business days, depending on customization.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship using trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, and Blue Dart to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
- Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days (depending on location).
- Remote Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹499
- Flat Rate Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Track your order using the link sent to your registered email or phone.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct during checkout. Stickkastic will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Return Policy
Since most Stickkastic items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The product was lost in transit (verified through courier tracking).
To request a return (only if eligible), please email Return@Stickkastic.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include the following:
- Your Order ID
- Photos of the damaged/wrong item
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/loss claims)
Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit or confirmed defective.
- Wrong product sent, and return is confirmed.
- Item not delivered due to logistics failure.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval, through the original payment method.
In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., name stickers, photo-based items).
- Minor color variations caused by screen differences.
- Orders canceled after production has started.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
To request a cancellation, email Return@Stickkastic.com within 2 hours of placing your order with your Order ID.
After 2 hours (or once production starts), cancellation will not be possible, especially for customized or personalized items.
8. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Return@Stickkastic.com with your order details, photos, and an unboxing video.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Stickkastic is not responsible for misplaced or stolen items.
