1. Personalized Product Policy
All our products — including name stickers, photo stickers, puzzles, magnets, and other custom-made items — are crafted based on the details and files you provide.
Please ensure all spellings, images, and customization details are correct before checkout.
Stickkastic is not responsible for errors in the content uploaded by customers.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
2. Proofing & Design Approval
For certain custom orders (e.g., portraits, detailed illustrations, or special requests), we may share a digital proof before printing.
Production begins only after your final approval.
Delayed approvals may affect the estimated delivery timeline.
If no response is received within 48 hours of proof sharing, we may proceed with the last approved version to avoid extended delays.
3. Returns & Refunds
Since most Stickkastic products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item was lost in transit, verified by courier tracking.
To request a replacement or refund:
Email us at Return@Stickkastic.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and an unboxing video (mandatory for damage or loss claims).
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by product type and destination.
Orders are dispatched once payment is successfully processed.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Stickkastic is not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the customer.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided design or production has not started.
After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
6. Use of Uploaded Images & Content
By uploading images, designs, names, or any other material to Stickkastic.com, you confirm that:
You own or have legal rights to use such content.
The content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Stickkastic will not be held responsible for any copyright or ownership disputes arising from user-submitted content.
7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, artworks, illustrations, branding, and content on Stickkastic.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Stickkastic and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Stickkastic reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.
Payment must be made through approved and secure payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Razorpay, etc.).
9. Promotions, Discounts & Offers
Discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are valid for a limited time only.
Stickkastic reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions without prior notice.
Multiple offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
Stickkastic will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delivery delays.
Color or design variations due to screen settings or printing limitations.
Loss or damage caused by misuse or external handling.
