Because many Stickkastic products are personalized or made-to-order, cancellation rules depend on whether production has started.
Before production starts
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as early as possible with your order number.
After proof approval or production
Personalized products cannot be cancelled after proof approval or once production has started.
Ready-made items
Ready-made items may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
Refund timeline
If a cancellation is approved, refund processing timelines depend on the payment provider and bank/card issuer.
