Personalized items are made for you.
Most Stickkastic products are custom, printed, personalized or made-to-order, so returns are not accepted unless there is a confirmed issue covered below.
No returns for personalized products
Products with customer names, photos, class details, phone numbers, custom colors, selected styles or custom specifications cannot be returned or exchanged after production.
Damage or wrong item
If you receive a damaged item or a clearly wrong product, contact us with order details and unpacking/product photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and guide the next step.
Lost parcel
Refund or replacement support applies only if the parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping partner.
Customer-provided errors
We cannot accept returns for spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, wrong class details or unclear photos submitted by the customer after proof approval or order confirmation.
