What products can I buy on Stickkastic?+
You can order school kits, ready sticker sheets, bookmark packs, personalized magnets and Print Forge custom 3D printed products such as image keychains, name keychains, bag tags and pencil inserts.
Can I personalize my order?+
Yes. Products that support personalization will show the required fields on the product page, such as name, class, phone number, image upload, font style, color or notes.
How do custom Print Forge products work?+
Select the product, enter the details, upload any required image and place the order. Where proof approval is needed, we share the proof first and start production only after approval.
Will you send a proof before making custom products?+
For products such as image-to-keychain and certain personalized 3D items, we share a proof before printing. Simple ready-format products may be made using the details submitted during the order.
What kind of photo should I upload?+
Use a clear, bright photo where the face or subject is visible properly. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily cropped images. Better source images usually give better custom output.
Can you copy copyrighted characters or logos?+
We do not reproduce trademarked, copyrighted or restricted material without permission. You can describe a general style or theme, and we will create something original and practical for production.
What size will custom 3D products be?+
Each product page mentions the approximate size. Some items, such as name keychains, adjust in width depending on the name length and selected style.
Can printed colors look slightly different?+
Yes. Actual shades can vary slightly due to material availability, lighting and screen display. We keep colors practical and close to the selected option.
Are stickers waterproof?+
Sticker durability depends on the selected product and finish. Laminated or protected stickers are better suited for bottles, books, packaging and everyday use.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
No. Stickkastic currently accepts prepaid online orders only.
How are orders shipped?+
Orders are shipped through India Post / Speed Post or the shipping method available at checkout.
How long will delivery take?+
Delivery time depends on production time, destination and courier movement. Personalized and Print Forge items require extra time for proofing and making.
Can I return a personalized product?+
Personalized, made-to-order and custom printed products cannot be returned for change of mind, spelling mistakes submitted by the customer or approved customization details.
What if my parcel is damaged or lost?+
Please contact us with order details and photos within 48 hours if there is a delivery issue. Refund or replacement support applies only after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.
Can I order in bulk?+
Yes. For return gifts, school requirements, events or business use, contact us through WhatsApp or the Bulk Orders page with your quantity and requirement.
